“We decided to use Burgers Supreme to cater a neighborhood party that would be facilitating close to 600 people. There were many reasons why Burgers Supreme was so appealing in our process of finding a good catering company.

Burgers Supreme supplied all the meat, buns, plates, and all condiments for the hot dogs and burgers. They also supplied a very organized and good looking station that allowed them to serve the people in a efficient manner.

The employees were dressed professional and were very polite to all the neighborhood guests.  At parties like this what matters most to me was how fresh the food is when its served. When you are spending money like this you want to insure the food is good and fresh. There were over 600 pieces of meat that were served and everyone piece was  served fresh and hot. A busy Utah/Salt Lake County Catering Season

Even with the down economic times and people watching their budgets a little more then usual Burgers Supreme Catering has had a very busy summer catering events in Utah County and Salt Lake County.

Some of the events that Burgers Supreme catering has catered this summer include a huge church event with over 400 people where we cooked over 400 hamburgers and hot dogs in less then 2 hours; a corporate breakfast event at Fox Hollow golf course in Utah County where we served all you can eat french toast, sausage, eggs, and juice; a grand opening event for a Utah Credit Union in Salt Lake County, and a wedding in south Utah County where we served Burgers Supreme’s famous chicken and pinapple kabobs and rice pilaf.  All events were a huge success!

As the summer comes to an end our business continues to pick up.  We have two weddings (one in Salt Lake County at the Gallivan Center, and one in Utah County in beautiful Mapleton) that we will be catering and 2 corporate BBQ’s for two of Utah’s biggest internet companies that we will be serving.  As you plan your end of summer BBQ’s, weddings, or corporate events keep Burgers Supreme Catering in mind, but don’t forget to call us and reserve your dates early.

Top 10 barbeque foods for the 4th of July

Provo, Utah - You are less then one week from the 4th of July, perhaps the biggest barbecuing holiday in the United States and you don’t have your menu for your big neighborhood gathering planned.  What are you going to do?  Well, besides panicking, you need to start planning your menu.   Here are some of the must haves for your barbecue.

1. Cheeseburgers and Hamburgers - These are obviously a staple at any BBQ but not just any frozen meat or store bought hot dog will do, only fresh never frozen meat will do.  Burgers Supreme Catering’s meat is delivered fresh daily.  Fresh meat cooks quicker and remains more flavorful.
2. Chicken - A simple recipe for a great chicken dish is a Burgers Supreme original called Chicken & Pineapple Kabob Skewers (yeah we made that up).  Cut your chicken in to good sized cubes, slice pineapple in to cubes as well.  Next take a 6 inch skewer and stagger the chicken and the pineapple on the skewer until the skewer is full.  Now grill to perfection!

Mountain American Credit Union Catering Event

West Jordan, Utah -  Mountain American Credit Union opened a new branch in West Jordan, Utah and Burgers Supreme Catering provided the BBQ hamburgers and hot dog lunch to the public.  With nearly 500 people showing up to the event it was a great success.  Nobody went home hungry.
