Orem, Utah - “My boss told me she wanted me to order in “a hot dog and hamburger barbecue” for a department lunch. There are 50 people in our department so I knew I needed some serious grilling power. I had no idea who in the valley offered such a service but I contacted Burgers Supreme on a whim. Lo and behold, they offer full-service catering for large groups. They came well ahead of time to set up and when my coworkers came out for lunch everything was hot and ready to go. The Burgers Supreme staff stayed until everything was cleaned up which was a huge help for me. Thanks Burgers Supreme – you made me look good in front of my boss!”

Mapleton, Utah & Salt Lake City, Utah - Burgers Supreme Catering based in Utah County right in the heart of Provo catered two weddings over the Labor Day weekend. On Friday night we catered a pre-wedding dinner in Mapleton Utah for 125 people and on Saturday night we catered a wedding reception at the beautiful Gallivan Center in downtown Salt Lake City for 200 people.

The menu for both events were the same, our specialty; delicious Cheeseburgers, Hamburgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Veggie Burgers, Hot Dogs, French Fries and Fry Sauce, and Caesar Salad. Both events were a huge success and the feedback that we got from the guests was that it was “the best food I have ever had at a wedding reception”!

Our goal at Burgers Supreme Catering is to create happy satisfied and well feed customers whether we are in Provo, Orem, Salt Lake City, or anywhere in Utah that we go.

Catering does it all. In this case it was a corporate BBQ for Cybernet - Slash Support in South Jordan, Utah. The menu consisted of Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Hot Dogs, French Fries and Fry Sauce, Cesar Salad, Baked Beans & Ice Cold Beverages.

Nobody went away hungry and everybody went away happy but don’t take our word for it; here is an email we received after the event:

“We decided to use Burgers Supreme to cater a neighborhood party that would be facilitating close to 600 people. There were many reasons why Burgers Supreme was so appealing in our process of finding a good catering company.

Burgers Supreme supplied all the meat, buns, plates, and all condiments for the hot dogs and burgers. They also supplied a very organized and good looking station that allowed them to serve the people in a efficient manner.

The employees were dressed professional and were very polite to all the neighborhood guests. At parties like this what matters most to me was how fresh the food is when its served. When you are spending money like this you want to insure the food is good and fresh. There were over 600 pieces of meat that were served and everyone piece was served fresh and hot. I would recommend Burgers Supreme Catering to anyone that wants great service and hot food!”

A busy Utah/Salt Lake County Catering Season

Even with the down economic times and people watching their budgets a little more then usual Burgers Supreme Catering has had a very busy summer catering events in Utah County and Salt Lake County.

Some of the events that Burgers Supreme catering has catered this summer include a huge church event with over 400 people where we cooked over 400 hamburgers and hot dogs in less then 2 hours; a corporate breakfast event at Fox Hollow golf course in Utah County where we served all you can eat french toast, sausage, eggs, and juice; a grand opening event for a Utah Credit Union in Salt Lake County, and a wedding in south Utah County where we served Burgers Supreme’s famous chicken and pinapple kabobs and rice pilaf. All events were a huge success!

As the summer comes to an end our business continues to pick up. We have two weddings (one in Salt Lake County at the Gallivan Center, and one in Utah County in beautiful Mapleton) that we will be catering and 2 corporate BBQ’s for two of Utah’s biggest internet companies that we will be serving. Top 10 barbeque foods for the 4th of July

Provo, Utah - You are less then one week from the 4th of July, perhaps the biggest barbecuing holiday in the United States and you don’t have your menu for your big neighborhood gathering planned. What are you going to do? Well, besides panicking, you need to start planning your menu. Here are some of the must haves for your barbecue.

Cheeseburgers and Hamburgers - These are obviously a staple at any BBQ but not just any frozen meat or store bought hot dog will do, only fresh never frozen meat will do. Burgers Supreme Catering’s meat is delivered fresh daily. Fresh meat cooks quicker and remains more flavorful.
Chicken - A simple recipe for a great chicken dish is a Burgers Supreme original called Chicken & Pineapple Kabob Skewers (yeah we made that up). Cut your chicken in to good sized cubes, slice pineapple in to cubes as well. Next take a 6 inch skewer and stagger the chicken and the pineapple on the skewer until the skewer is full. Now grill to perfection!

Ice Cold drinks - The bottom line is Diet Coke is the only drink I need.
Pasta Salad
Fresh Fruit - With all of the hearty food at the table there is nothing better then a nice fruit plate to mix things up. Stick to the simple fruits, strawberries, watermelon, pineapple and grapes.

Dessert - One of the best dessert we do at a lot of our catering events in Utah County and Salt Lake Counties is a very simple and straightforward is a perfectly baked brownie, a scoop of vanilla ice cream and Burgers Supreme Catering’s very own hot fudge sauce.

Seeing that we are Utah county caterers and operate out of Provo, Utah right in the shawdow of one of the biggest 4th of July celbrations in the United States (Provo’s Freedom Festival) it is extremley inportant that we have our barbequing menu planned and ready to rock.
